HOW MUCH DOES DREAMSTAYS COST?

18% of the revenue. Not a penny more. NO extra fees. NO long-term commitment.

WHO PAYS THE CLEANING FEES?

We charge guests for cleaning and pay this fee to our cleaning company, so you do not have to pay for cleaning costs after guests leave your property.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PAYOUT?

We will make payments to you by direct deposit or by check (client’s preference) every 10th of the month. We will also send you a monthly statement with detailed revenue information prepared by our certified accountant.

HOW DO YOU SET PRICING ON MY RENTAL?

With years of experience in revenue and demand management, we use a wide range of effective strategies, techniques and pricing models with the goal of renting your property every night, at the highest price possible. Prices are carefully selected based on the day of the week, month, season, holidays, and special events.

IS MY VACATION PROPERTY INSURED?

Yes. You will benefit from an insurance policy that provides liability coverage for third-party bodily injury or property damage up to $1 million.

WHAT IF I WANT TO STAY IN MY PROPERTY?

Not a problem. You can stay at your property any time as long as the days are open on the calendar. You can send us a message anytime so we can secure the days you want to stay in your property.
