The fee for the full service management is only 18% of the revenue with NO extra fee, when other property management companies typically charge anywhere between 25% to 50% (or higher) and often comes with extra fees such as “on-boarding fee”, “welcome fee”..
On top of that, we do NOT require any long-term commitment. We work on a month-to-month basis with our clients, which means you can opt out anytime, free of charge.
